Terms of Service

These terms cover the RingRing.dev photo collection and digital wall available on this website. Browsing the collection is free. A wall purchase pays for display of your selected artwork and link in the space described in your order. “RingRing.dev” refers to the service and brand.

1. Display service, not an investment

A purchase is not an investment, security, share, loan or ownership interest. It gives no right to profits, dividends, revenue sharing or resale proceeds. Project goals and progress totals are not promises of financial returns. We do not guarantee traffic, clicks, publicity or business results.

2. Orders and pricing

Review your space, artwork, link, currency and total before paying. Current checkout prices are in US dollars. Rates, promotions and availability may change, including with wall occupancy. Changes apply to future orders and do not increase the agreed price of a confirmed order. Your bank may charge conversion or transaction fees.

Stripe processes payments using the methods shown at checkout. Any split-payment arrangement is shown before payment. Publication follows confirmation of the full required amount. Unpaid reservations may expire. Contact us with your order reference if a successful payment does not result in publication.

3. Service duration

We intend to maintain the website for an indefinite period, with no scheduled end date. This does not guarantee perpetual hosting, uninterrupted availability or a minimum audience. Maintenance, outages and service changes may occur. If the service is discontinued, we will provide reasonable advance notice where practicable and address unfulfilled paid services and applicable refund rights.

4. Your content

Submit only content and links you are authorized to use. You retain your rights and permit RingRing.dev to store, resize and display submitted artwork to provide the service. Do not submit unlawful, infringing, deceptive or malicious material. We may refuse or remove such material and restrict abusive use, subject to applicable customer rights.

Photos, advertisements, logos and other materials remain subject to their respective owners’ rights. Public display does not put them in the public domain. A wall purchase grants no rights in the photo collection or third-party brands. Report a concern with the relevant URL and supporting details.

5. Cancellations and refunds

For payment errors, duplicate charges, an unpublished paid order or a service problem, email hello@ringring.day with your order reference and requested resolution. Approved refunds use the original payment method unless otherwise agreed. Refunds may remove the associated wall entry. Nothing in these terms excludes cancellation, withdrawal, refund or other consumer rights required by applicable law.

6. Availability and responsibility

The service may be interrupted and third-party links are outside our control. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we make no additional warranty of uninterrupted access or specific promotional outcomes. These terms do not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded.

7. Questions and updates

Contact hello@ringring.day about an order or dispute. Applicable law determines your rights and available courts; these terms do not require mandatory arbitration or waive class-action rights. Updated terms will show a revised date. Changes cannot retroactively remove rights attached to an existing order.
